Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Papel Bien pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Digital Downloads — Final Sale

All digital products are delivered instantly and are therefore final sale. 

Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download has been completed.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your file, please contact us, we’ll gladly help resolve the problem.

Prints & Physical Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your print arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs)

Returns for Non-Damaged Items

At this time, we do not accept returns for physical items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Each piece is carefully produced in small batches, and in some cases made to order.

Shipping Issues

Papel Bien is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
